Regent's Park, a troubled housing project in Toronto has a reputation for violence and drugs. The people in this community are struggling to create a safe and positive environment for children. This program shows how young people have organized a walk safe program, and use a radio show and media to "spread the peace". They believe the best way to improve a community is to improve the community's belief in itself.
